You have probably heard someone say, “You’re an angel.”
Those words may be more real than we realize.
This morning, when I closed my eyes to meditate, I called upon my spirit team, angels, ancestors, ascended masters, animal spirits, and the loving galactic beings who walk beside humanity from realms beyond our ordinary sight.
As they often do, they assembled around me. I simply had to become quiet enough to perceive the counsel that has always accompanied me.
Most often, it is an ancestor who steps forward with guidance. But today, a radiant angel appeared before me.
A presence both majestic and powerful filled my vision but did not make me feel small or unworthy. Instead, I felt profoundly recognized.
Before I continue, I must share something about my own path.
I am an intuitive health and wellness coach, and the health of humanity is deeply important to me. I have witnessed and personally experienced great suffering in this world. It is often said that suffering is the human condition.
As a health and wellness coach, I believe nutrition, movement, rest, and the restoration of balance within the mind and body are essential to our well-being. I will always be committed to helping people rebuild those foundations.
Yet I have also come to believe, with all my heart, that acknowledging and embodying our inherent spiritual nature is what will ultimately set humanity free from suffering.
As I stood before the angel surrounded by a soft, golden glow, I received the words:
You are us, and we are you.
I felt completely united with the powerful and peaceful presence before me.
The angel reminded me that the qualities humanity has attributed to angels throughout the ages also exist within us.
The courage of Michael lives within us whenever we stand for truth.
The clear voice of Gabriel lives within us whenever we speak a message of hope.
The healing presence of Raphael lives within us whenever we comfort the suffering and help restore what has been wounded.
The wisdom of Uriel lives within us whenever understanding illuminates the darkness.
The fire of the seraphim lives within us as a purifying flame—burning away fear, awakening love, and calling our souls back to their Divine origin.
We are all emanations of the same Source.
The angel showed me that we did not come to Earth because we were less than the angels who guide us.
We came because we were courageous enough to enter the density of human form.
We entered a world of gravity, time, uncertainty, separation, hunger, loss, betrayal, choice, and change. We accepted bodies capable of experiencing both pleasure and pain. We entered relationships in which love could be forgotten, rediscovered, withheld, forgiven, and chosen again.
We are the Creator’s angels who chose to experience life on Earth.
Here, love is not merely an eternal state. It becomes action.
Here, courage is not simply an idea. It is rising repeatedly after the heart has been broken.
Here, compassion is not only radiated as light. It is sitting beside someone who is suffering.
Here, forgiveness must pass through memory.
Here, faith must sometimes walk without visible proof.
We are all expressions of Divine Life, carrying the same sacred essence.
Throughout history, people have encountered heavenly messages in many forms. Abraham welcomed mysterious visitors beneath the trees. Jacob dreamed of a ladder joining heaven and Earth, with angels moving between the realms. Mary received a message that would change the course of her life. Shepherds heard a proclamation of peace beneath the night sky. In Islam, the angel Jibril carried Divine revelation. Persian traditions spoke of luminous beings representing truth, devotion, wholeness, and Divine order.
Other cultures spoke of shining ancestors, celestial guardians, devas, bodhisattvas, spirit animals, and wise beings who crossed the boundary between visible and invisible worlds.
Different people gave these beings different names, faces, garments, wings, symbols, and stories. Yet beneath those differences was a shared remembrance:
Humanity has never been alone.
The unseen has always spoken to the seen.
But this morning, I understood something more.
Perhaps what we call another dimension is not a distant location, but another frequency of awareness—a realm occupying the same universe, yet perceived through a different state of consciousness.
We hear them through intuition.
We feel them through sudden peace.
We recognize them in unexpected acts of kindness.
We encounter them through animals who arrive at meaningful moments.
There is no true separation between the guidance surrounding us and the Divine Intelligence awakening within us.
The angel’s final message moved through every cell of my body:
Do not search for us only beyond yourself.
We walk beside you, but we also breathe through you.
Our courage is your courage.
Our compassion lives within your compassion.
Our light shines within your light.
When I opened my eyes, I was not the same.
I understood that I had not been abandoned on Earth. I had entered this life carrying a sacred inheritance.
The angel reminded me of what had been placed within me before I ever arrived:
Wisdom.
Courage.
Discernment.
Mercy.
Creativity.
Health.
Protection.
Endurance.
And love powerful enough to cross dimensions.
You are not merely searching for angels.
You are an earthly angel remembering who you are.
With love and appreciation, Ronda
